Bifold Cabinet

A compact cabinet designed to contain a record collection and a variety of audio equipment, including a turntable on top. This piece was designed to fit in an alcove between a fireplace and a side wall, so the dimensions were tightly constrained.

The front of the cabinet is covered with a pair of bi-fold doors in a diagonal white oak veneer pattern. The unobtrusive folding doors were chosen for this design as they can be left in the open position without getting in the way. The open back of the cabinet allows maximum access for cabling and ventilation.
